Coo-ee Cottage

Tumut Regional Family and Services offers Coo-ee cottage to provide individual Support for all Aboriginal family members (non-Aboriginal members included). This program is funded through Australian Government under the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA) – it aims to provide a place for indigenous Australians to feel physically, emotionally and culturally safe.

Services

Services which fall under Coo-ee Cottage include, Client Transport, Yarn and Referral Information. The program offers an opportunity to speak to others in the same boat through Men and Woman’s Groups. It also offers Domestic and Family Violence Support.
